Bob Petrusse founded PNP in 1983 with a very clear idea, based
on years of experience in the industry, of the type of reputation he wanted our

Bob attributes this success to employing extremely professional
and knowledgeable Project Managers. They are required to visit job sites
daily and to take personal responsibility for the quality, safety, and
timeliness of the foreman and crew. In addition, weekly safety meetings
and training meetings covering everything from proper prep to chemical
containment procedures are also required.
The result is extremely satisfied customers like 3M
in Irvine, California. They were so impressed with our work that they
created a special purchasing status for us. Unlike all the other
sub-contractors who go through a bidding process under a GC, we at PNP are
called direct and used as a sole-source. We are also honored to have
sole-source status with many of our other customers. For example, Arne
Rustang at Kimberly Clark in Fullerton,
